Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation of your purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (for example, due to errors in pricing or availability).


Personalised Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items are created based on the information you provide.

  • Please ensure all personalisation details (such as names, spelling, and dates) are correct at the time of ordering.

  • Sealed with Sparkle cannot be held responsible for errors in personalisation provided by the customer.


Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We do not store payment card details; all payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.


Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service wherever possible.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours, excluding holidays and busy periods, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.


Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive, please use your tracking information to contact the delivery company in the first instance.

  • If further assistance is required, please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Returns & Refunds

  • Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty, damaged, or not as described, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs where possible.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.


Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and logos, remains the property of Sealed with Sparkle.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.


Liability

  • Sealed with Sparkle shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
