Order Processing & Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service, allowing you to follow your purchase every step of the way.

  • We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please note: during busy periods, holidays, or special occasions (such as Christmas), dispatch times may vary. Any changes to dispatch times will be clearly communicated on our website.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please use your tracking information to contact the delivery company directly in the first instance, as they are best placed to resolve delivery delays or issues.

  • If you continue to experience problems after contacting the courier, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Satisfaction

  • If your item has been delivered and you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

  • We ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss any concerns.

Personalised Items

  • In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs where possible.

  • Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Change of Mind (Non-Personalised Items Only)

  • For non-personalised items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirmation of resolution.
